Three crunchy tacos lean on each other's side on a white platter.

What's Happening This Week...

  • Brainstorming: I cannot wait to get back into the kitchen and start developing recipes again. Any requests for fall or winter recipes? Click reply to this email and let me know.
  • Shopping: The half cup tray and the cookie dough tray are two favorites of mine that have gotten use in my non-kitchen this summer. They're currently on sale!
  • Listening: I love an audiobook whenever I go on a walk or am driving in the car alone. I especially enjoyed this thriller recently.
  • Wearing: It is still a million degrees here in Texas, and I am still loving this dress in two different colors.
  • Making: It's tricky to make a lot of things when you don't have a huge kitchen. That being said, this crostini recipe is one of my all-time favorite summer recipes. It's been made twice in the last month, completely on the grill.

I hope that at least one of these recipes helps you out in the coming weeks! And I hope that your back-to-school (if you or a loved one is going back to school) or the start of fall and the impending change of seasons is gentle.

Happy cooking,
Erin
